Submit your Cheater Stories for a Chance to win. Make your story the most interesting, most unusual, most insightful, most intriguing, and well-written; as decided by our team of judges and you can win an 8G iPod Nano in the color of your choice.

Click Like on our Welcome page to share on Facebook or sign in to our Cheater-Chat forum (it’s okay to be anonymous) and write a story about infidelity. See below for contest details. No real names or identifiable descriptions of the characters. If you have any questions, please email us through the contact form. Contest Official Rules

A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
- Sponsor: The sponsor is Wood-Hitchcock, Inc., owner of Cheater-Chat.com (“Sponsor”), 7117 Cornelia Drive, Edina, MN 55435.
- Eligibility: Cheater-Chat.com’s “iPod Nano” Sweepstakes is open worldwide to participants who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees or contractors with Wood-Hitchcock, Inc., owner of Cheater-Chat.com and its affiliates, immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee or contractor are not eligible. This is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and judge’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Entry Period: The “iPod Nano – Cheater-Chat.com” Sweepstakes commences at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on July 25, 2010 and ends at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on October 31, 2010. All entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. (EST) on October 31, 2010.
- How to Enter: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes online at Cheater-Chat.com on on our CheaterChat Facebook page. To enter online, sign in to the Cheater-Chat forum within the Wood-Hitchcock, Inc., Cheater-Chat.com website http://www.cheater-chat.com or go to our CheaterChat Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/CheaterChat/115587428492809.
- No Limit Entries: Participants may enter as many times as they like, there is no limit. No responsibility is assumed and entrants or participants waive all claims for failure of any entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems on the internet or computer malfunctions, or undeliverable, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected entries, postage-due mail, or any other means.
- Prizes: One winner will be selected by an impartial chosen Judge to select the top ten finalists. Then a team of three Judges will make the final decision of the winner’s entries. The winner chosen will receive one (1) 8 G iPod Nano. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The winner will be notified by e-mail, within three (3) days after the drawing. Odds of winning depend on number of qualified entries received. Winner will be awarded iPod color of their choice, if unavailable or iPod color is sold out their secondary color will be selected for them.
- Verification: An entrant is not a winner until verification is complete. The potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), which are contained in the notification packet, within ten (10) days of the date notice is sent in order to claim his/her prize. Failure to complete and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, if applicable, constitutes a forfeiture of the prize. Contest prizes will be fulfilled within 4 weeks after the conclusion of each drawing.
- Release: By receipt of a Contest prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
- Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agent’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding the “iPod Nano” Sweepstakes shall be subject to arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Promotion Results: Promotion results will be posted on the site Cheater-Chat.com website.
- Judging Criteria: The Judges will be selecting the best Cheater-Chat story based on the following criteria from the Cheater-Chat member: Most interesting, Most unusual, Most insightful, Most Intriguing, and Well-written.
